Your Rights Under USERRA
Employers must provide the USERRA rights notice. Workplace posting is one permitted delivery method.
Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Required for covered employers. Private-employer coverage generally includes 50 or more employees in 20 or more workweeks; review the complete coverage rules.
